Folkuniversitetet's course activities offer courses and lectures in areas such as languages, economics, creative arts, writing, health, aesthetic subjects, and sustainable development. A large part of our activities consists of study circles and cultural events. We are now looking for circle leaders in Gislaved, Värnamo, and Gnosjö.

We are currently seeking circle leaders in languages, aesthetic subjects, upholstery, gardening courses, cultivation, self-defense, flower arrangements, dance, theater, music, health, wellness, and economics in Gislaved, Gnosjö, Värnamo, and Vaggeryd.

You should also have good knowledge of Swedish. It is an advantage if you have education and experience in teaching adults or have other experience in leading groups.

As a circle leader at Folkuniversitetet, you are expected to have the ability to tailor teaching to individuals and bring out each person's potential. It is important that you enjoy sharing knowledge and see the positive in participants' development.
You are flexible, attentive, and structured, and have experience working independently. We also expect you to share our view of the equal value of all people and their right to knowledge.

Qualifications
- Teacher training/pedagogical understanding or pedagogical experience.
- Subject matter expertise or work experience in the subject.
- Knowledge of and experience with digital media and digital pedagogy.

About the position

As a course leader, you will receive compensation based on hours worked in relation to planning/teaching performed.

Start date to be agreed upon.

Location: Gislaved, Gnosjö, Värnamo, and Vaggeryd
